Our Gertrude Hawk Spring Fundraiser is underway!

SALE DATES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Our sale begins TODAY! Order form (top copy) and money are due Friday, March 6th!

  • Keep the bottom copy and brochure for your records
  • Total dollars sent in should equal Grand Total Amount on order form
  • Make checks payable to RMS PTA
  • Estimated order pickup date is the week of March 30th!

In addition to the catalogs that were sent home, orders can also be placed online:

Simply setup a Fundraising user account, then email co-workers, friends and family your participant number to ask for their support.

Online orders placed TODAY- Friday, March 6th can choose to have their orders delivered for free with the main shipment. (Seller responsible for delivering order)

OR

Out of town friends and family can choose to send their orders directly to their home! (Shipping fees apply) With this option, orders can be placed now through 4/5/2020!

All web orders require credit card payment, that’s money YOU DON’T HAVE TO COLLECT!

Box Tops Raffle – Box Tops due Feb 21!

Clip or Scan and Enter to Win Awesome Prizes!

Collect clippable Box Tops and scan your receipts with the Box Tops App for a chance to win an awesome prize! Depending on how much money you earn with your clippings and scans, you’ll be entered into one of three drawings:

  1. Two 1-hour Jump Passes to Sky Zone (Pine Brook location) (Bring in $5.00+ in Box Tops to be entered into this raffle)
  2. $25 Fandango Gift Card (Bring in $2.00-$5.00 in Box Tops to be entered into this raffle)
  3. $10 Amazon Gift Card (Bring in $0.10 to $2.00 in Box Tops to be entered into this raffle)

The deadline to bring in your clips or scans is Friday, February 21th, 2020.

The winners will be announced over the loudspeaker after the deadline has passed. In order to be entered into the raffle, it is extremely important that you use the sheet provided and follow the directions below.

Step 1: Affix your clipped box tops to the LEFT SIDE of the provided sheet. Be sure to write your name, grade, and teacher on the sheet. You can print out more sheets if needed. (Alternatively, you can still place your clipped Box Tops in a Ziploc bag labelled with your name, grade, and teacher.) If you are scanning your receipts with the Box Tops App – THANK YOU! You can write the date and amount earned from each scan on the RIGHT side of the provided sheet. If you are not scanning your receipts with the Box Tops App, it’s easy! Just download the app and sign up to support ROCKAWAY MEADOW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL; School ID: 133191. Take a picture of your receipt with the app and click submit!

Step 2: If you are not affixing your clipped Box Tops to the provided sheet, then count the number you have and write the amount on the Ziploc bag. This will determine which tier of prize you’ll have a chance to win. If you used the provided sheet or are scanning your receipts, then there is no need to count individual clippings! Bonus!

Step 3: Hand in the Box Tops bag or sheet(s) to your teacher before February 21!

Family Cultural Night This Friday!

The RMS PTA is hosting its first ever Family Cultural Night. Come out for a night of exploring different cultures from around the world! Students will receive a passport upon entry – each station will earn them a stamp! Cultures represented will include Germany, Russia, India, and the United States!

Date: Friday, February 21
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Location: RMS All purpose Room
Cost: Optional Donation (suggested donation $5/family)
